RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns due to the potential for cross contamination. Furthermore, as a B2B supplier, Consumer Contract regulations do not apply to orders and you therefore cannot return items should you change your mind or mis-interpret the nature of our products. All sales are final and we ask you to proceed in the cart on this understanding. We do not accept order cancellations or amendments after checkout. In the rare event of an error, we will process a refund less any charges incurred. The seller reserves the right to refuse service. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@thefragranceoilstore.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
